Meditation Class & Private Session Descriptions:

Meditation I: Mindfulness & Seated Meditation Introductory Class

Are you new to meditation? Need a refresher? Or just want to gather for dharma discussion, sitting together in sangha (community)? This beginner class provides an opportunity to discuss, learn and practice mindfulness with seated meditation. These classes are introductory for newbies but also a wonderful opportunity for regular meditators to come and sit in order to reap the benefits of a community meditation gathering. Meditation in this class is still and silent – usually three 15 minute meditations with discussion in between. When Lynn teaches people about meditation, she first provides a foundation to the simple but profound practice which can bring lasting change to your perspective and to your life. Advance registration is required due to limited seating. Simply click on the class of your choice below and you'll be prompted to pre-register and pay. Donations are requested in the amount of $20. No reimbursements are given if you fail to attend the class.

Meditation II: Experienced Meditation - The Deep Well Within

Have you meditated with me before? Have you attended a series or at least 3 introductory classes and been meditating on your own regularly? Then please join us! After a certain amount of time of sitting in meditation with ourselves and commitment to the practice of mindfulness, our awareness expands and deepens as we begin to see and know ourselves at a new level with less judgment, more responsibility and greater insight. We learn to flow with what is rather than direct and chase change. These gatherings allow students to deepen in their dedicated practice of mindfulness and meditation. Advance registration is required due to limited seating. Simply click on the class of your choice below and you'll be prompted to pre-register. Experienced students are asked to donate in an amount that they are comfortable with at the class itself. A suggested donation of $20 is recommended, but please pay what you are able. Please bring cash or check to class.

Private Relax & Restore Sessions:

These one-hour sessions offer a powerful, individualized restorative experience. When you arrive, Lynn will chat with you for a few minutes in order to understand what's happening in your life, mind and body. She will then offer a combination of the following to help you achieve a deep experience of relaxation and restoration: aromatherapy; guided imagery and meditation; gentle yoga; infrared gentle heat with Biomat; sound therapy (soothing music, chimes, tones); and Reiki/soothing energy work Private Relax and Restore Sessions are being offered at a spring-n-summer special rate of $60 for 60 minutes.
