Make time to view the Orientation video, print off your Orientation Guide, go look at Week 1 and print off all the documents there and GET ORGANIZED! Preparation is KEY!

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING A FEW CHANGES SINCE VIDEO WAS RECORDED:

When this program was first created it had a different name -- it was originally designed to help women release weight (and it will help you with that still but it's much more than that!)

The program was designed to be dripped week to week via email originally.

Since that time we have changed the name to better represent the all encompassing self care focus that this program has brought participants who have completed this 12 week program.

We also changed the delivery format so that is more SELF PACED!

You have access to ALL the content immediately upon purchase so you can go ahead and get it all organized in one place rather than having to wait week to week to receive content.

SPECIAL NOTE for Vegetarians: I have added a plant-based food plan for you! The Orientation Guide and Video were created before we added the plant-based program in but you will see in Week 1 it's all laid out for you there!
