WEEK 5 WELCOME

Since I have SO much wonderful new content for you this week, we are going to skip the weekly video! I DO have a 4  minute yoga flow video for you and much more below! This week it's important to begin an exercise program that includes some light resistance training to ensure you are strengthening your muscles. I do recommend you seek guidance from a certified fitness professional and observe a regular practice of resistance based exercise that is appropriate for your body.
