In order to maintain and sustain your weight release and reset your metabolism, you will find my 21 Ease Into Life Guide that will follow your 45 day program. After those 21 days, you will follow an 80/20 plan for life and I've included a link for more info on that!

Below you will find all of your content for your 45 day program.
PLEASE NOTE: you have 6 weeks of meal plans -- that's 42 days! So for your final three days on the program, pick any combination of the recipes from the entire program and fill those days in as you like!
Take a before photos, weigh yourself, measure your upper arms, your chest, your belly, hips, thighs and calves before you start. Then, put the scale and he measuring tape away until Day 46. After you finish your program take after photos and measure again and email me your results! I want to hear from you!
